Leon Zelechowski Principal
Leon Zelechowski is a veteran attorney who represents individuals and businesses in both transactional matters and litigation. Leon began his law career in 1975 with Sidley & Austin, and has focused his practice on business transactions and commercial litigation since that time. In his trial practice, Leon has handled numerous contract disputes arising out of sale of goods or real estate, construction contracts, employment contracts, and partnership and shareholder agreements. He has also handled disputes involving issues of antitrust, trade-dress and copyright, accounting, will contests, and fraud.
Leon has extensive experience in the courtroom, having successfully tried numerous cases before both juries and judges. He has also obtained favorable awards at arbitration and mediation. In addition to his trial practice, Leon handles numerous real estate and corporate transactional matters. Leon has a wealth of experience in drafting and negotiating an array of commercial contracts, including shareholder and partnership agreements, real estate contracts, construction contracts and subcontracts, and contracts for the purchase and sale of stock.
