Mr. Douglas is a partner with Leon Zelechowski, Ltd. He concentrates his practice in complex commercial and construction litigation. Since joining the firm as an associate attorney in 2014 Mr. Douglas has been a versatile litigator who works with clients to creatively resolve disputes and prides himself on cultivating positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and opposing attorneys. Mr. Douglas has comprehensive experience aiding clients in every aspect of litigation and has gained exposure to diverse legal matters while representing plaintiffs and defendants before the Northern District of Illinois, Cook, Lake and DuPage County and the Illinois Appellate Court.

In addition, Mr. Douglas has tried cases to verdict on behalf of small businesses and was pivotal in assisting a trial team obtained a verdict for employment discrimination in Federal Court.
